Minnesota Online, the gateway to online programs and services of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, is pleased to be part of the CAEL provider network.  As one of the largest higher education consortia in the United States, the system consists of 25 two-year colleges and seven state universities.  All Minnesota Online institutions are regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.  Minnesota Online offers a wide range of certificate and degree program options for you, as listed below.  As a public system, tuition rates are substantially lower than other providers.  TAMS Clients’ learners will be paying Minnesota in-state online tuition rate.
